Celebration 2017 – Celebrate Prince with Paisley Park and Minneapolis Landmarks

Celebration 2017 is a time to honor and mark the passing of Prince.  Today through April 23rd Paisley Park will have some special events taking place.  Some of the events are advance ticket only, however you can still get in on the action by checking out several local landmarks that will be purple for the occasion.  Buildings and landmarks scheduled to turn purple include the I-35W Bridge, Hennepin County Lowry Avenue Bridge, U.S. Bank Stadium, IDS Center, and Target Field.  Paisley Park encourages cities and landmarks around the world to join in this purple tribute by lighting buildings, bridges, and landmarks purple on April 20 and April 21!  Fans are also encouraged to wear purple on April 21 and upload pictures to social media using #PaisleyPark.
