We’re back again this year with the most complete 2025 Minnesota City Wide Garage Sales List in the state, including all city-wide and large neighborhood-wide sales.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! No, not the holiday season – GARAGE SALE SEASON!
For everyone who loves to hit garage sales, moving sales, yard sales, estate sales, tag sales, rummage sales or anything else you can call them, here is the list you need to find the hot spots in Minnesota all throughout the sale season.
This year marks the 15th annual listing of city-wide, town-wide and neighborhood sales throughout the state of Minnesota! Yes, 15 years!
We greatly appreciate all of the people and organizations who contact us to provide information about their sales each year to make putting together this list a bit easier.
The garage sale list is a huge project that takes many, many hours of work. I’m happy to see so many people using the list and am honored by all your kind comments about it.

All of the sales below are those that we have been able to confirm the dates either via the city or town hosting the event, a local resident or a reader with information about the sale.
NOTE: This is a work in progress. If you know of any confirmed sale dates that I have not yet listed, or dates that have changed, please let me know by leaving a comment here or e-mail me and I will update the list. We will post a notification on our Facebook page when we do a major update of the list. You can also sign up for emails!

The Lamberton Minnesota 101st Community Garage Sale will be September 26th and 27th.
The Preview sale is Friday from 6-9 PM, prices are doubled. Doors open at 9 on Saturday.
!/2 price starts at noon, with a bag sale from 1-2 PM. Held in the Lamberton Community Center.
Proceeds go to Lamberton Community projects.

Many people use this list as a reference all year long to see when particular cities or neighborhoods have their sales as they tend to be somewhat similar days each year. If you don’t want to scroll, you can just do a quick search on the page for the current month to jump to that section.
