Join The Andrews Sisters — along with famous friends like Danny Kaye, Bing Crosby, and Abbott and Costello — for a show full of Christmas songs, swing tunes and more. In this tribute, originally commissioned by History Theatre and premiered in 2004, those famous singing sisters are preparing a holiday performance to lift the spirits of America’s soldiers. That’s when Christmas of Swing unfolds in a joyful celebration of music, family and patriotism that mixes great holiday songs and comedy sketches with real letters from real World War II GIs. This beloved show returns with a bigger band, a couple of fresh faces, and the same fantastic trio who bring Patty, Maxene and LaVerne Andrews to life with so much sparkle you’ll swear that you’ve travelled back in time.
Tickets are regularly priced at $36, but right now you can grab The Andrews Sisters Holiday Tribute Show Christmas of Swing for only $18 plus service fees. Available dates are November 29 and 30 at History Theater in St. Paul.
