Fair Food Truck Pop-Up Events at Cub

First the Minnesota State Fair was canceled…then the Minnesota State Fair Food Parade sold out…what’s a food fair connoisseur supposed to do? Well, for one, you can follow the Fair Food Finder Facebook group. There you will find regular updates on where food trucks are popping up across the state.

Another option is to check out one or more of the Fair Food Truck Pop-Up Events happening at Cub through the rest of the month. Some events have already passed, but I was able to find a bunch all over the state. Food trucks vary by location but include Miller Concessions, North Star Donuts, Cookie Do Bliss, Rebel Lobster, and lots more:
