In this trying time, front line responders are working harder than ever to keep us safe. Tide Cleaners wants to help those workers out through the Loads of Hope program which offers free laundry services for a limited time.
Through May 9th (and possibly longer), select Tide Cleaners locations will be offering free laundry and dry cleaning services to the immediate family of Front Line Responders, namely:
- Paramedics
- Doctors
- Nurses
- Hospital and Medical Staff
- Medical Researchers
- Police Officers
- Fire Fighters
Proper identification is required. They ask that you separate dry cleaning from laundry before you come in and bring your garments in a bag (a standard trash bag is acceptable). Limit of four 13-gallon bags per household, per week.
If interested, you’ll want to read through the guidelines to be sure you understand how drop off and pick up works. Note that there is a turnaround time of 2 – 3 business days and some exclusions apply (COVID-19 exposed clothing, leathers, wedding dresses, alterations, shoes, and select household items).
As of this posting, this service is available at the following Minnesota locations:
- Apple Valley (7562 149th St W)
- Chanhassen (530 W 79th St, Suite 130)
- Edina (7131 France Ave S)
