UPDATE: Check out 2011 Minnesota State Fair Freebies
Be sure to stop by the Star Tribune booth at the Minnesota State Fair for free lip balm and fair food information. As I remember, they usually have free copies of the paper as well ! They are located on Carnes Avenue at the base of the Grandstand ramp.
