Have you heard of GTCYS (Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies)? It’s a collection of talented young musicians that audition, practice, and perform throughout the academic year. This weekend they have two upcoming concerts that are FREE and open to the public.

Philharmonia East & Philharmonic Winter Concert
Sunday, December 8 at 4 pm
Roseville Lutheran Church, Roseville
GTCYS transforms young musicians of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds by breaking down barriers to music instruction and providing exceptional year-round orchestral experiences. As one of the country’s leading youth orchestra programs, GTCYS serves more than 1,000 students ages 8-18 through nine academic-year orchestras, two summer programs, and Harmony violin instruction program.
