Stop by the Kemps booth at the 2012 Minnesota State Fair to play the “Count the Cows” contest where a winner will be chosen to receive free Kemps ice cream for a year. As usual, you can get the famous cow tattoos and enter to win daily giveaways. IttiBitz ice cream samples will be available twice each day at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
From 1 to 2 p.m. each day you can taste the two final flavors of the Hometown Favorite ice cream flavor contest, vote for your favorite. Then, on Wednesday, August 29, the grand prize winner will be chosen with the help of a celebrity panel of judges including Teresa Mauer.
