Thrift stores, estate sales, and garage sales are great places to find deals. And if you check out your local thrift store – especially Goodwill – you’ll find that many of them have brand new items, often donated by local stores. (We do, after all, have a certain major retailer headquartered in the Twin Cities….)
The Spring Cleaning Madness Sale at Goodwill takes place March 15th – 16th. I have found brand new sheets and even towels at my local Goodwill – this is a sale you don’t want to miss!
At this sale (happening Sunday and Monday) you’ll be able to take 40% off your purchase when you present your Goodwill tote at the register. Don’t have a Goodwill tote? No worries – they sell them at the register for $1.99 and you can keep yours for future discounts as well as to help you become a more environmentally friendly shopper.
Special things to note about this sale:
*Offer is valid on black, blue, green, pink and yellow tags only, up to $100 total purchase with a Goodwill tote. Cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or used on prior purchases or gift cards. Valid at Goodwill locations listed on gesmn.org (not redeemable at Goodwill outlet or wholesale, or shopgoodwill.com). See store for details.
