Our local libraries are a great resource, not only for all the books but also for the free programs and events. The upcoming Talk of the Stacks series takes place on March 10th and April 6th and will be taking place virtually.
Talk of the Stacks is a reading series committed to connecting extraordinary authors with a community of readers at the Library. It’s completely free and open to the public.
The first event on March 10th will be Imbolo Mbue, author of her 2016 debut, Behold the Dreamers along with How Beautiful We Were. You can read more about her here. *Registration is required for the virtual event and you can find additional information here.
Next up on April 6th will be Lisa Genova, author of her first novel Still Alice, along with Left Neglected, Love Anthony, Inside the O’Briens, and Every Note Played and How the García Girls Lost Their Accents.
