Enjoy live acoustic music, wood-fired pizzas, and adult beverages each week at the Rolling Ridge Wood Fired Wednesdays near St. Joe.
The Rolling Ridge Wedding and Event Center is a beautiful venue, located in St. Joseph on 14 acres of rolling hills and gorgeous landscape. We’ve only been there once and it was for a wedding.
I wish we lived closed so we could attend their Wood Fired Wednesdays Concert Series, however we have it on our calendar and hope to make at least one of them. If you are closer you have some great opportunities for live music and an evening out.
Besides the music, they have a great-looking menu with hand-crafted made-to-order pizza, a gourmet dog and fresh salads.

It’s important to note a couple of things:
Wood Fired Wednesday is a live music event just for adults. The atmosphere isn’t intended for children or pets, so call your favorite sitter and join them for the perfect summer night out.
- No Pets / Small Children
- You are not allowed to bring your own food or beverages.
Some events around MN are for families, some are geared more towards kids, and this particular one is for the adults. That just means you can have a date night or meet up with some friends.
The concert series begins May 26th and goes through June 30th. You can find the schedule and additional information on their website.
Another important detail is the admission, there’s a $5.00 entrance fee that’s payable upon arrival / check-in at the front entrance. It’s a small and affordable price for an evening out to listen to music.
If you want to have fun group night out they do offer some VIP tables for a bit of splurge, but for a large group it might be just the fun you are looking for. You can find more information on their website here.
