Spend this Saturday at the 2nd Annual Winter Fest in Cambridge enjoying winter fun!
Have you ever been to Cambridge? It’s about an hour away from the Twin Cities. You may have driven by on the way to Lake Superior… but it is a fun little city to explore on it’s own! Cambridge has a cute main street with local restaurants, shopping and they are hosting their 2nd Annual Winter Fest this Saturday!
Saturday, February 24th from 12-5pm, Cambridge Winter Fest has everything you need to have fun for the whole family. This year’s fest is taking place at Central Green Park. There will be dog sled teams to visit (no rides since there is no snow!), horse-drawn carriage rides, ice skating, free hot cocoa, touch a truck space, chainsaw carving, a DJ and more!
Dress for the weather activities, but two warming houses will be open if you need to warm up. (Or maybe not with this spring-like weather?!) There will also be various food trucks, vendors and other special surprises!
The Winter Fest Snowman and Snow-Sculpture Contest will end at 4pm on Saturday as well so you can check out all the winners! This year’s categories are Best Traditional Snowman, Most Creative, Best Business, and Overall Favorite.
