Catch the thrill of Cirque du Soleil BAZZAR performing under the Big Top at Mall of America!

It has been more than a decade since the big blue and white striped Big Top of Cirque du Soleil has been staked up at Mall of America, but now it’s back with the amazing new show BAZZAR!

I love that Cirque du Soleil performances are not only filled with breathtaking performances, but that the performances all play a part in the story of the show. In this case, the theme of BAZZAR centers on both the origins and the ongoing legacy of this world-famous circus company.

Filled with color, BAZZAR features a talented troupe of acrobats, dancers, and musicians joining together under the direction of the super funny Maestro and his magical hat create a whimsical universe…. but a clever prankster has other plans!

The acrobatic acts include everything from duo trapeze artists, to a fire manipulator to artistic cycling, aerial ropes and even rollerskating.

I think the music and dance in Bazzar may be my favorite of any Cirque show yet. The bright, colorful and one-of-a-kind costumes help take the whole thing over the top!

And while Cirque du Soleil shows often have some type of audience participation, the Maestro got the entire audience involved and having a blast creating a “performance” of our own.

Cirque du Soleil BAZZAR Minneapolis Details

BAZZAR is performing under the Big Top at Mall of America now through June 16. You’ll find it right across from the IKEA parking lot.

The show is for kids and adults alike. Tickets start at $37 each. Family discounted tickets are available when you purchase a combination of 4 or more kids and adult tickets. There is also a discount of up to 25% for groups of 10 or more.

Oh – and the venue is cozy enough that there really isn’t a bad seat in the house!
