We’re back again this year with the most complete 2026 Minnesota City Wide Garage Sales List in the state, including all city-wide and large neighborhood-wide sales.
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! No, not the holiday season – GARAGE SALE SEASON!
For everyone who loves to hit garage sales, moving sales, yard sales, estate sales, tag sales, rummage sales or anything else you can call them, here is the list you need to find the hot spots in Minnesota all throughout the sale season.
This year marks the 16th annual listing of city-wide, town-wide and neighborhood sales throughout the state of Minnesota! Yes, 16 years!
We greatly appreciate all of the people and organizations who contact us to provide information about their sales each year to make putting together this list a bit easier.
The garage sale list is a huge project that takes many, many hours of work. I’m happy to see so many people using the list and am honored by all your kind comments about it.

All of the sales below are those that we have been able to confirm the dates either via the city or town hosting the event, a local resident or a reader with information about the sale.
NOTE: This is a work in progress. If you know of any confirmed sale dates that I have not yet listed, or dates that have changed, please let me know by leaving a comment here or e-mail me and I will update the list. We will post a notification on our Facebook page when we do a major update of the list. You can also sign up for emails!

There are some great deals and unique items to be found at those church sales and sometimes, if you’re lucky, they’ll have a bake sale going on too!

Sorry I had the wrong dates I believe the correct ones are Thursday April 23rd through Saturday April 25th for Waverly, Howard Lake, Cokato, and Dassel Citywide Garage Sales, the last weekend in April it what it normally falls on yearly. 🙂

Maple Grove does not have an organized city-wide sale. Nearby Osseo and Brooklyn Park both hold theirs on May 14-16 this year.
