Join in the hands-on fun during the second annual Marine Mills Folk School Family Day on Saturday, March 1st!
Have you been to the Marine Mills Folk School in Marine on the St. Croix? It’s the coolest school focused on an unplugged, deliberate approach in the folk arts. Classes are offered for all ages with an emphasis on woodworking, fiber arts, culinary arts, and other traditional arts & crafts.
Marine Mills Folk School is hosting their second annual Family Day on Saturday, March 1st from 9am- 12pm. This is the perfect opportunity for you and your kiddos to try out various classes. Children will be welcome to try Shibori dyeing, knitting, sewing, and more folk arts, with time and opportunity to make and take items home.
Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Tickets for the Family Day are $5 per person or $25 per family. They do recommend registering in advance on their website to make sure you reserve spot for this popular event.
