You can head to the Edina Art Center for an artsy and free craft morning every First Saturday of the month!
Did you know that the Edina Art Lab hosts a free First Saturday Art Lab every month? I had no idea, but once I heard about it, I knew I had to share the info!
We love trying out new art forms at my house, but it can get really pricey. Especially if you are buying tools or mediums that kids will only use once or twice. That’s a huge reason why I love FREE art events- your kiddos are encouraged to try everything and anything, and you as a parent have a better idea of what to keep stocked at home to suit their creativity. It’s a win-win for all!
Every first Saturday of the month from 10am- 12pm, you can head to the Edina Art Lab where you will find staff ready to help and assist with various art forms and mediums during their First Saturday Art Lab. This time is best suited for kiddos ages 2- 8 with their adult.
Each month has a different theme with April’s being: Books We Love. Please note the First Saturday Art Lab takes off the months of July and August of each year.
The event is completely free, but they do ask for registrations so they can plan for the correct amount of attendees. You can register on their website.
