It’s Minnesota springtime and one of the prettiest sights to see is the “Tulip House” in Minneapolis! See where to find it and tips for visiting.

If you’re looking for a stunning spring sight in the Twin Cities, head over to what is commonly known as the “Tulip House” in Minneapolis. Each spring, this private residence transforms into a breathtaking display of thousands of tulips in full bloom—and right now, they’re at their peak!

Located at 25th Street and Humboldt Avenue South, this corner home is a hidden gem and a seasonal favorite for both locals and visitors from farther away. With bright and beautiful tulips in every color covering all sides of the lawn, it’s no wonder it’s becoming a hotspot for spring photos.
Every time I visit I see women and girls dressed up in their pretty spring dresses posing for group photos and selfies and families coming together for impromptu family photos. You really couldn’t ask for a more picture perfect spot.

📸 Photo Tip: Try visiting in the early evening or morning light for the best natural lighting and weekdays for fewer crowds. (However I visited on Sunday evening at about 6:45pm and the amount of people on the sidewalk wasn’t overwhelming at all.)
When you visit, please be respectful—this is a private home, so stick to the sidewalk and admire from a distance. Also be mindful of other people wanting to take photos. We can make time and space for everyone.

🌷 Why We Love It:
- It’s totally free to visit.
- No long drive—just a quick trip if you’re in Minneapolis or the surrounding area.
- It’s a great place to snap a spring family photo, an Instagram-worthy moment, or simply soak up some floral joy.

I stopped by yesterday evening, and the flowers are in full, glorious bloom right now—so don’t wait too long if you want to see them at their best!
