It is time to Shell-ebrate the turtles found in our parks and challenge yourself to discover something new during this free event at French Regional Park on Sunday, June 1st!
Do you have any turtle fans in your house? We sure do and we are excited to check out Turtle Fest at French Regional Park in Plymouth this Sunday, June 1st!
This free event from 11am – 3pm will be fun for the whole family. Visit with wildlife biologists and education staff to further your natural history knowledge of the species in our parks, our conservation efforts and ongoing research. Meet live turtles, canoe the lake where they live and participate in turtle centered art. Photo booth, trivia challenge and food trucks are all part of the fun as well!
Don’t forget to check out the epic playground structure at French Regional Park while you’re there… it’s one of our favorites in the Twin Cities!
Turtle Fest is free and open to all at French Regional Park (12605 Rockford Rd, Plymouth, MN 55441) from 11am – 3pm on Sunday, June 1st. Learn more on their Facebook event page.
