Vickerman Christmas Decor Warehouse Sale

Christmas decorating just got a lot easier on the budget! Vickerman is opening its Christmas Decor Warehouse Sale to the public in Eden Prairie, with savings of up to 75% off showroom samples, discontinued styles, overstock and open box trees.

Vickerman is the trade source professional decorators buy from, and this sale is your chance to shop their inventory without needing an account. It runs for ten weeks, so you have plenty of time to plan a trip.

• Dates: October 4 – December 13, 2026 (closed Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26)
• Location: 6405 City West Parkway, Suite B3, Eden Prairie, MN 55344
• Payment: Cash or credit (most major cards accepted)
• Cost: Open to the public, no account needed

• Monday – Thursday: 10 am – 7 pm
• Friday – Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm
• Sunday: 12 pm – 5 pm

Opening day, Sunday, October 4, runs 12 pm to 5 pm.

What You’ll Find at the Sale

All of the merchandise comes from Vickerman’s own inventory, and selection is best in the first few days of the sale. Here’s what to look for:

• Artificial Christmas trees: Pre-lit and unlit trees in a range of heights and styles, including open box.
• Wreaths and garland: Decorated and plain greenery for doors, mantels, railings and displays.
• Ornaments: Shatterproof sets, matched kits and single-color assortments.
• Ribbon: Wired ribbon by the roll in holiday and everyday patterns.
• Lights: LED string lights and light sets.
• Florals and picks: Stems, sprays and picks for trees, wreaths and arrangements.

What “Open Box” Means

Open box trees were opened, displayed or returned. The packaging isn’t perfect and some have been set up once or twice, but the trees themselves are in good condition and priced well below a new one.

Good to Know Before You Go

• Taking a tree home: Trees come boxed, and larger sizes may need an SUV or truck.
• Shipping from the warehouse: While you’re at the sale, you can order from their sale-priced warehouse inventory and have it shipped directly to your address. Shipping charges apply, and a credit or debit card is required.
• Selection changes: Everything is priced to clear, so the inventory changes as items sell.
• Returns and warranty: Trees carry a limited warranty. To start a tree return or warranty claim, call (952) 373-2001 within 14 days of purchase. All other sales are final, so inspect your items before you leave. Items sold as-is are marked at the time of purchase.

Where to Find the Vickerman Warehouse Sale

The sale is in the Shady Oak retail center at the corner of Shady Oak Road and City West Parkway, just off Highway 62 and Highway 212 and minutes from I-494. It’s across from the UnitedHealth Group campus, so look for the Vickerman sign and park in the lot in front of the storefront.
