Have you ever seen the movie Anastasia and you’d like to see it live and as a musical? You’re in luck because Anastasia: The Musical at Bunce Performing Arts is playing February 21st- March 2nd.
Anastasia: The Musical transports its audience from the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, as a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past. Pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer determined to silence her, Anya enlists the aid of a dashing con man and a lovable ex-aristocrat. Together, they embark on an epic adventure to help her find home, love and family.
Bunce Performing Arts actually started off as backyard performances in Maple Grove in 2007! Since then the performances have continued to grow and Bunce Performing Arts was born as a full nonprofit in 2012.
Performances run February 21st to March 2nd, Fridays at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 2pm and 7:30pm and Sundays at 2pm. Anastasia: The Musical will be performed at Leopold’s Mississippi Gardens in Brooklyn Park.
Tickets are $26 Adults, $20 Senior(65+)/Student/Child and can be purchased directly on the Bunce Peforming Arts website.
