Head to Chanhassen for their Cars and Caves Monthly Auto Extravaganza. It’s a free event benefiting different local non-profits each month!

Cars and Caves is a free outdoor auto extravaganza of Antique, Classics, Collector, Exotic, Muscle, and Street Rod cars hosted by Chanhassen AutoPlex. The 2025 Season concludes on Saturday, September 27th from 9am -1pm! September’s theme is German Cars featuring Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, VW and more.

Car and Caves is held every last Saturday of the month from 9am – 1pm April through September. This year it will feature over 300 vehicles on display at the Chanhassen AutoPlex campus and many of the customized garage condo units (or caves) will be open to the public as well.

What’s even cooler? Are you a car collector? Collector car owners are invited to attend and display their vehicles in the show area on a first-come/first-serve basis. Free, on-site parking will be available for guests.

In August, the Chanhassen Fire Department will be the nonprofit partner.

  • April 26th, benefitting Wishes & More, Open Show
  • May 31st, benefitting Alzheimer’s Association of MN-N, Classics (25 Years or Older)
  • June 28th, benefitting Ronald McDonald House, Italian (Ferrari, Maserati, Fiat, Lambo, etc.)
  • July 26th, benefitting Special Olympics Minnesota, American (Ford, GM, Mopar, Pontiac, etc.)
  • August 30th, benfitting Zuhrah Shriners Hospital Transportation Fund, British (MG, Mini, Aston, Jag, McLaren)
  • September 27th, benefitting Chanhassen Fire Dept., German (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, VW)
