Are you looking for a fun family festival to celebrate Día de los Muertos? Look no further than the Día de los Muertos FREE Family Celebration in Rochester this Sunday, October 27th from 11am- 4pm.
Día de los Muertos or Day of the Dead is a Mexican Holiday where families celebrate loved ones that have passed with a celebration including food, dance and more.
At the Rochester Día de los Muertos Celebration there will be ample free events happening to celebrate your passed loved ones including alebrije making, lively dance and musical performances, poetry crafting, face painting, a memory wall activity and more!
Performances will take place from 12- 4pm. Performers include student dancers, Pakki Party, Day of the Dead Legends and an Aztec dance performance. You can see the full list of performers and performance times on their website.
The Día de los Muertos Celebration is happening this Sunday, October 27th from 11am- 4pm at the Rochester Art Center located at 30 Civic Center Drive SE.
