Get in the holiday season with Elf The Musical Jr. at Stages Theatre Company running now through December 28th, 2025!
We love holiday movies at our house and Elf is always a top pick for our family! It was such a treat to see Elf The Musical Jr. at Stages Theatre Company this year because this very production at Stages was the first show my son ever saw live when he was two years old. What a full circle moment for us!
Recommended for all ages and running at 75 minutes with one intermission, Elf The Musical Jr. is a great show the whole family can enjoy during the holiday season! The musical does follow the story of the movie, but I don’t think it’s necessary to watch the movie beforehand to enjoy this musical version. The songs are amazing (and still stuck in my head three days later!), the dancing is epic and it truly put my son and I both into festive, holiday moods!
If you don’t know the story– Elf The Musical Jr. is the story of Buddy The Elf as he journeys to NYC to find his human father. There’s tons of laugh out loud moments, family connection and over the top holiday spirit. This show had me smiling and laughing the entire 75 minutes!
Tickets are $26 for adults, $24 for seniors ages 60+, $20 for kids ages 2-17 and lap passes for 3 and under are $5. Tickets are available to purchase on the Stages Theatre Company website.
If you would prefer a sensory friendly performance there is one on Saturday, December 13th at 10am and an audio described performance on Friday, December 12th at 7pm.
