Looking for a fun and free summer evening in downtown Saint Paul? The Arts Partnership is kicking off this year’s Ordway Inside Out series with an outdoor screening of The String Queens: Our Favorite Things in Rice Park on Saturday, July 12.
This family-friendly event features a giant 23’ x 13’ screen broadcasting a concert performance recorded at the Ordway Concert Hall in December 2024. The String Queens—known for their soulful, genre-blending style—perform a collection of holiday favorites alongside original arrangements of popular R&B and pop songs.

The Ordway Inside Out series, launched in 2022, is part of the Arts Partnership’s mission to make world-class performances more accessible to the community. The partnership includes the Minnesota Opera, the Ordway, the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, and Schubert Club.
Weather Note: If weather conditions don’t cooperate on Saturday, the event will move to Sunday, July 13 at 7 p.m.
