Fall is the perfect time to visit an apple orchard and pick your own delicious apples! We rounded up a list of our favorite apple orchards to visit every year.
Aamodts Apple Farm— Stillwater
Every year we visit Aamodts Apple Farm in Stillwater. They have an awesome rotating selection of you pick apples along with many different varieties of apples available in the Apple Barn. Here’s what I love the most about Aamodts– there’s no admission fee– you pay for what you want to do! As a mom of 3 I really appreciate that model.
Keep in mind the Wagon Rides and Honeycrisp Express only take place on weekends and over select dates for MEA. Visiting the Apple Barn, the goats and playgrounds are open every day and FREE! You can see which apples are being harvested every day on their website.
Pine Tree Apple Orchard— White Bear Lake
My most favorite apple baked goods come from Pine Tree Apple Orchard so they had to make our list! Unfortunately there isn’t an option to pick your own apples here, but you can watch them being hand sorted in the apple barn!
Beyond the amazing selection of apples and baked goods, there are also lots of fun fall activities, wagon rides take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 10:00am -12:00pm and Fridays 12:00-4:00pm.
