Chick-fil-A is honoring community heroes at every home Gopher Football game this season and it also means free chicken sandwiches or waffle fries for all Gopher fans!
The Kickin’ for Chikin’ program honoring community heroes is happening during the 2024 U of M football season. You can nominate a first responder, teacher, nurse, or a military member to win a Gopher Football prize package, including a chance to kick a field goal for an additional bonus prize.
At each home game this season, one nominated community hero will have the chance to make a field goal for the prize. But EVERYONE wins free food whether or not they make the kick.
If the hero makes the kick, then the next day of business everyone receives a FREE Original Chick-fil-A Sandwich. If they miss the kick, then everyone receives a FREE Medium Waffle Fry. Since the rest of the season’s games are on Saturdays and Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays, that means all the freebies will be on Mondays.
For October 28, it’s free waffle fries.

The offer is valid at all Twin Cities and St. Cloud Chick-fil-A locations for those 18 and older. No purchase is necessary.
