What’s better than a delicious shake? A FREE delicious shake! That’s what you can get at Potbelly Sandwich Shop this Friday, July 27! Potbelly has a variety of yummy milkshake and smoothie flavors including Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Coffee, Oreo, Banana and Mixed Berry.

Do you have a favorite flavor? I’m partial to Vanilla myself, although I will sometimes change it up with chocolate. Whatever your favorite happens to be, make sure you get to Potbelly on Friday when they are offering a FREE shake or smoothie with the purchase of any item. Whether you order a sandwich, a salad, soup, chili or any item, you’ll get a free shake to go with it. 

All you have to do to get your free shake is tell the cashier that it is “Free Shake Friday”. This offer is available in-shop to all customers.

And there is extra good news if you’re a Potbelly Perks member! All members have access to Free Shake Friday a whole day early, which means you can get a Free Shake on THURSDAY already. – – But “Free Shake Thursday” doesn’t have quite the same ring to it as “Free Shake Friday”. Since you get access one day early, that means if you go both Thursday and Friday you get a total of TWO free shakes! Double the deliciousness!

These are fantastic resources that can help you get ideas for things to do, attractions to visit, and places to stay in Minnesota. I’ve lived in Minnesota most of my life, but I know there’s so much I haven’t seen!

Besides the free Minnesota travel guides, you can also request free guides for golfing, biking, spring/summer activities, and more. If you’re looking for information about a specific region, city, or town, you can request to have your information forwarded to specific community tourism organizations.

You can request to have them sent to you, but many of these are also available to view online or to download to your computer (save a tree)!

Free Movies at Target Field Station

We all wonder if the warm weather will come back, the snow lingers and then comes the rain but the warm weather is here.  It’s time to enjoy some evening activities in the evening.  There’s a great line up of Free Movies at Target Field Station this year. Some great family friendly movies.  Check out the great list:

On select Thursdays at 7pm throughout the summer, you can enjoy outdoor movie nights at Target Field Station. Bring a lawn chair or blanket, find a spot on the green grass outside the Twins’ ballpark and enjoy an evening watching a movie under the stars and the downtown skyline.

If not, you can visit tomorrow, free of charge! Thanks to the generosity of Target Corporation, admission is free every third Sunday of each month, from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. at Minnesota Children’s Museum MOA Pop-Up Museum.
