Inspired Living Idea Home

The 2026 Idea Home will inspire homeowners with the latest trends and designs from HOM Furniture, Diamond Kote, Threshold Architecture, Kolbe Windows & Doors, Craftmasters Remodeling, Sauna Supply and more! The 2,500 square-foot home created around the theme of “Country Club Living” features a customized sauna, golf simulator, scullery, and an outdoor shower. 

The Design Center: Upon exiting the Idea Home, consult one-on-one with the experts involved in its design and build.

Fresh Ideas Main Stage

Hear from all kinds of experts live on the main stage including “Captain Sandy” Yawn, from Bravo’s hit series Below Deck Mediterranean, Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison from PBS’ America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country, Radio Host and Cookbook Author Stephanie Hansen, Matt Muenster from HGTV and DIY Network’s Bath Crashers and BATHtastic! and more!

Feature Gardens

Six of the most talented landscapers from all over Minnesota will showcase their gardening design expertise. Get ready to take in the beautiful sights and smells of the gardens from Anderson Bros. Outdoors, Holm + Olson Landscape Design and Construction, Oflora Gardens, Sculptured Earth, Stonewall, and Tracer Pool and Landscape.

We worked directly with Craig Conover and his Sewing Down South brand to create a custom lumbar pillow cover just for you! Plus, the designs were SEW fabulous we have not only one, but two unique patterns featuring hydrangeas to get you ready for Spring.  We’ll be giving away these custom pillow covers daily – watch our socials for more details!

NEW: ReStore’s Give a Chair Some Flair DIY Contest

Calling all DIYers! ReStore Home Improvement Outlet invites you to show off your skills and creativity in a new DIY contest. Select a kitchen chair from one of three ReStore outlets and upcycle it. Contest entries will be displayed within the ReStore exhibit at the Show and attendees will vote on the winner. The top three winners receive prizes. You can then donate your DIY project to be sold at ReStore to help raise money for Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity’s mission. Visit ReStore’s Give a Chair Some Flair DIY Contest for details.

Admission for children (ages 6-12) is $5 each, and children 5 and under get in free.

Theme Days

Wednesday, February 25th is FREE Senior Wednesday!

Adults (60+) get free admission at the door with a valid ID.

Thursday, February 26th – Public Servants Appreciation Day

Free admission for all current government workers with valid government/employee ID. Plus concessions will be offering a beer & hot dog special from 5 – 8 p.m.! Nathan’s Beef Hot Dog for $6.50 and Coors Light 12 oz tap beer for $6.50.

Friday, February 27th – Hero Day

Free admission for all active military personnel, veterans, first responders, nurses, and doctors with a valid ID at the box office

Saturday, February 28th – Trade Professionals Day

Trade professionals from the home building and renovating industries and/or members of affiliated associations receive free admission with a valid associate card and ID. To receive a complimentary admission, simply show your valid ID at the box office. We’ll accept business cards, association membership cards, employee IDs, and IDs from vocational and trade schools.

Sunday, March 1st – Teachers Day

All teachers and educators receive free admission with valid ID.

$5 after 5pm

Wednesday, February 25th through Saturday, February 28th, pay $5 admission after 5 p.m. at the Box Office.
