A brand new Christmas movie filmed in Minnesota is premiering this week!
I heard the buzz about the crews filming a movie near Isanti at Erickson Farmstead back in February. Now that movie will be coming to Lifetime channel this week!
We went to a party at Erickson Farmstead about a year ago and it is just beautiful! I remember at the time thinking how it would be the perfect setting for a Christmas movie and apparently lots of other people thought the same thing!
“The Christmas Listing” will premiere on Lifetime on Monday night at 7pm CT. It stars Lexi Giovagnoli, Travis Burns and Greg Evigan.
About the movie: Julia Rogers is a very uptight and hardworking realtor who has lost her Christmas spirit. Julia works very hard to grow her business and help her dad save his home from foreclosure. When Julia and her competitor, the handsome Chad Everett are stuck with each other at the Farmstead Inn, a listing they’re both competing for, sparks fly until they realize what’s important, embrace each other and the spirit of Christmas.
From the preview it looks like they have filmed in a few other places around Isanti as well, so I can’t wait to see what looks familiar!
