This year, for the big game we’re have a sandwich that is a cut above the everyday. This Shareable Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Mustard Aioli is jumbo sized so it’s perfect for cutting in half, in fourths, or however you want to divide it up.
The key to a great sandwich is quality deli meat and cheeses. That’s why I start with Kretschmar ham. It’s hand-trimmed and made with a unique hardwood smoking process designed to maximize flavor. That totally shines through in its taste.

Shareable Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Mustard Aioli Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. Honey
1 clove garlic, smashed
Salt and Pepper
Kretschmar Deli Ham (We used Virginia Smoked Ham)
Kretschmar Colby Jack Cheese
Ciabatta or Homemade No-Knead Bread
Romaine Lettuce
Plum Tomato, sliced
How to make this Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Mustard Aioli:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey and garlic. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut bread in half horizontally and spread with aioli.
Layer bread with cheese, ham, lettuce and tomato.
Serve.
