The 2025 Twin Cities Auto Show is this Friday, April 11th – Sunday, April 13th and Wednesday, April 16th – Saturday, April 19th! We’ve got everything you need to know before you go!

The Twin Cities Auto Show is returning to the Minneapolis Convention Center. Not only is the auto show a great place to search for your next vehicle because you can see SO MANY all together in one place, but there is lots of fun to be had too.

There are TWO interactive test tracks, all about the latest in EV technology, vehicle test drives and more. There are some great chances to enter to win amazing prizes!
You can register to win Free Gas for a Year from Kwik Trip for each day you attend. Tickets sold at Kwik Trip stores will also be $6 off the at-the-door price of $17.
Twin Cities Auto Show Features for 2025
The Electric Vehicle Neighborhood and the Electric Garage powered by Xcel Energy
One of our favorite parts of the show, it will be charged up with experts, examples, and information to help you make the decision to plug in. (We LOVE our EVs!) A wide variety of EVs will be available including vehicles from Mercedes, Polestar, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, and Kia.
The Xcel Energy Garage will have experts on hand to demonstrate how EVs can be charged at your home. Professional drivers will be ready to escort you on a drive in one of more than a dozen latest electric vehicles.
2025 Car of the Show is the Honda Passport
This powerful and trail-ready SUV will be on display near the main entrance of the show and within the Honda display.
Luxury Lane
Luxury Lane is bigger than ever this year! The display has established itself as a must-see for both automotive enthusiasts as well as casual car fans. Discover some of Minnesota’s finest and most lavish vehicles.
Cars Against Crime™ Display of Movie and TV Cars
Cars Against Crime™ is a nonprofit that raises funds to provide grants to service organizations benefitting police, fire fighters, and first responders.
Cars Against Crime utilizes a world class collection of movie cars and television cars. These crime fighting vehicles serve as tools to enhance events, create memories, and bring joy to the community.
The Twin Cities Auto Show is hosting this fantastic display to encourage donations to Cars Against Crime in support of our brave public safety professionals.
Saturday April 19 is Superhero Day at the auto show and kids are encouraged to dress as their favorite superhero and visit the Cars Against Crime Foundation display to meet and take photos with costumed “superheroes” and receive a FREE “You Are A Superhero” gold medal (while supplies last).
GMADA is also pleased to provide FREE Auto Show admission to our superheroes – police, fire fighters, EMTs – with ID.
Unique Classic Cars
The Unique Classic Cars room is sponsored by Unique Classic Cars of Mankato. Step back in time and explore a fantastic collection of classic cars. Immerse into automotive history as attendees wander among meticulously restored vintage vehicles, each with its own story to tell.
Subaru Loves Pets Campaign
Subaru will be hosting dog adoptions in coordination with Midwest Animal Rescues and Services, a local organization committed to the awareness and support of homeless dogs and cats in their area.
Minnesota State Patrol Troopers
Minnesota State Patrol Troopers will be on hand to talk about their mission to keep people safe on the roads. The troopers will have some of their squad cars on view, including a 1954 Ford and 1979 Dodge St. Regis.

Celebrity Appearance: Meet Constance Nunes of Netflix’s “Car Master: Rust to Riches”
Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19
Constance Nunes – “A Glam Girl Wrenching in a Boy’s World” – has over 19 years of experience in the automotive industry. She is the CEO and lead mechanic, designer, and builder at CARS By Constance in Southern California.
Constance stars as the lead mechanic on the Netflix original series, “Car Master: Rust to Riches,” where she has helped the team at Gotham Garage build unique specialty cars for five seasons with a sixth currently in production.
Celebrity Appearance: Meet Jaime Hjelm from Netflix’s “TexMex Motors”
Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13
Jaime Hjelm’s journey in the custom automotive scene began with a personal project—a 1962 Pontiac Bonneville, “The Chief.”
This custom lowrider earned numerous trophies and titles at Lowrider Magazine Shows and World of Wheels Shows from 1997 to 2002.
As a trailblazer, Jaime has paved the way for women in automotive since the late 1990s, building a legacy of quality, style, and grit that continues to inspire.

Career in Cars Day
Wednesday, April 16th, 10am -2pm
The Minnesota Auto Dealers Association (MADA) is once again hosting a day dedicated to showcasing the careers available in the retail auto industry for young adults and job seekers. Anyone interested in attending can sign up on the Auto Show website.
Those who register in advance will receive a special credential, free admission to the Twin Cities Auto Show, and a complimentary Auto Show t-shirt (while supplies last).

Parking:
We usually like to park in the small surface lot right across 12th street because it’s so close, but it doesn’t have a lot of spaces and is quite pricey. For the best rates on a nearby parking space, you can book discount parking near the Minneapolis Convention Center ahead of time.
