Bring your appetite to the Anoka Food Truck Festival featuring 50 food trucks, live music and fun activities!
It’s time to start planning for the weekend! August 19 is the Anoka Food Truck Festival, taking place from 11 am – 9 pm. There is NO admission fee, and with over 50 different trucks on hand selling almost every kind of food that we can think of, I know where I’ll be for lunch!
The Food Truck Festival will invade Downtown Anoka for its 7th year on Saturday, August 19th. With food, live music, and beer, this is one of the Twin Cities most popular and delicious free admission events.
You’ll be able to sample food truck delicacies from over 5o trucks all day long, with hours from 11 am – 9 pm.
What to Expect at the Anoka Food Truck Festival:
Other activities include life-size Jenga, mechanical bull, bean bag toss, henna tattoo artists and a psychic tarot reader.
Live music will add to the atmosphere and you’ll be able to enjoy handcrafted beers.
Live Music Schedule:
11 am -2 pm – Hillbilly Inc.
2:30 pm -5:30 pm – Whiskey Stone
6 – 9 pm – Junk FM
Admission to the event is free. If you want to enjoy the handcrafted beers, you will need a wristband which will benefit Feed My Starving Children. In 2022 almost 42K meals were raised for those in need.
If you are driving to the event, ride sharing and car-pooling is encouraged. Parking options include municipal lots, neighborhood and street parking surrounding the event.
