Minnesota – the state in which you can find a parade in all seasons. Winter, spring, summer, and yes, even for Halloween! Anoka, The Halloween Capital has a lot of events this time of year. Anoka Halloween events start October 1st, but most of the big draw events happen from October 17th through 31st.
One of the more popular and well known events is the Grande Day Parade. This year it’s taking place on Halloween, but it will be a drive-by event in which they’ll have various sites for you to see from the comfort and safety of your own vehicle.
