Can you throw a birthday party for a store? Sure you can! This Saturday is Bachman’s 140th Birthday Bash!
Minnesota’s beloved family‑owned floral and garden destination, Bachman’s, is turning 140 – and you’re invited to help them celebrate!
Join the festivities on Saturday, June 14 from 10 am – 2 pm at ALL Bachman’s retail locations: Apple Valley, Eden Prairie, Fridley, Lyndale (Minneapolis), Maplewood, and Plymouth.
Here’s what’s happening at every store:
- Master Gardeners available to answer gardening questions
- Live music
- Food trucks
- Door prizes & coupon savings
- Special birthday treats
And at Bachman’s on Lyndale you can enjoy some extra fun:
- Hot air balloon photo op: 8 – 10 am
- Learn about beekeeping with the Minnesota Home Beekeepers Association
- Learn outdoor trends and ideas for your yard by talking with Bachman’s Landscape Designers
- Learn about pollinators and garden-friendly wildlife from the Minnesota Zoo team: 11 am – 1 pm in the Heritage Room
All activities are FREE and open to the public.
AND if you swing by a Lunds & Byerlys location on Saturday, June 14, you’ll be treated to a birthday cookie (first 140 guests at each location). Lunds & Byerlys partners with Bachman’s to carry their beautiful selection of flowers and plants in their stores.
