You can save BIG with coupons from the 2025 Blue Ribbon Bargain Book at the Minnesota State Fair!

Are you getting excited about the Minnesota State Fair? Honestly I countdown every year and get more and more excited as the opening day gets closer! We love going to the State Fair but it sure does get expensive. One way I like to save is with the Blue Ribbon Bargain Book.
This year’s Blue Ribbon Bargain Book is again only $5 and is filled to the brim with over 100 coupons and deals! I always like to look for the food deals first, but there’s great deals for things to buy as well as ride and game tickets.
What I love about this bargain book- there’s a map on the back of each coupon so you can easily find where the deals are located throughout the fair. It’s perfect if you want to plan ahead and coordinate your stops all while using the coupons.

Back again this year- the Midway and Kidway are moving away from the paper tickets and will have digital cards this year! You can make your money back right away from the book by purchasing the game and ride deal– it’s $9 off a $30 card for rides and games at either the Midway or Kidway. My son and I used this coupon right away last year and it worked great for us!

Some of my other favorite food deals include $2 off a bucket of Mini Donuts (regularly $19) at The Donut Family, $3 off a savory hand pie (regularly $10) at Sara’s Tipsy Pies, $3 off one order of garlic fries (regularly $10) at the Ball Park Cafe, $2.50 off one 20 oz. mocha frappe (regularly $8) at the Minnesota Farmers Union Coffee Shop and $3 off onions rings (regularly $9) from Danielsons and Daughters.
Don’t forget to get your State Fair merch! There’s tons of good deals to be found for that.
You can get 50% off one Adam Turman hoodie, sweatshirt or crew (regularly $60- $80), $6 off one t-shirt (regularly $20 or more) or $10 off one hooded sweatshirt (regularly $55 or more) at the MN State Fairwear Gift shops.
Blue Ribbon Bargain Books can be purchased ahead of the Minnesota State Fair where you buy your admission tickets (Cub Foods, maybe your company’s HR office, State Fair Ticket Office), but you can also purchase the book at the Fair itself! Just look at the information kiosks or at a blue cart like the one you see in the background of the first photo in this post!
