This past weekend really seemed like spring and summer might actually be here. A few weeks ago it seemed we were having the winter that wouldn’t end. One of our favorite signs of summer is the opening of Cascade Bay in Eagan. It happens to be one of our favorite places to cool off and have some hot weather fun.
This coming weekend (June 1st-2nd)is the Cascade Bay Preview Weekend. It officially opens up for the season on June 8th, but the preview weekend is a good glimpse of how much fun it is.

Cascade Bay, Eagan’s outdoor waterpark, is the summer place to meet up and stay cool. Plunge in to the large leisure pool or tip-toe in slowly along the zero-depth entry. Choose a tube and glide along the lazy river or test one of our seven waterslides. We have swimming excitement for all ages! Take a break from the water to play a round of mini-golf on the Captain’s Course. Put your toes in the sand at Sandpiper Beach. Enjoy a treat from the Captain’s Galley concessions. Stay for the day, there’s plenty to explore at the Bay!
