Choo Choo Bob’s Train Store is now open in Union Depot in St. Paul!
Do you have a kiddo who loves trains? I know all of mine have loved trains at some point. Choo Choo Bob’s Train Store is a great place to visit and play. They recently opened their new store in Union Depot in St. Paul! We previously visited in St. Paul, then in St. Louis Park and now they are in their brand-new home at Union Depot.
Choo Choo Bob’s Train Store is way more than just a store- it’s an interactive play area. Filled to the brim with train tables, ride on train toys, a dollhouse, a gear wall, train themed coloring and so much more- it’s fun for children of all ages!
When you arrive at Union Depot, Choo Choo Bob’s Train Store is located on level one. Parking in lot B is super easy and quick walk. We parked a bit further away when we visited and had fun walking the St. Paul skyways. My train-obsessed daughter loved seeing the Lightrail trains too!
Walking into Choo Choo Bob’s Train Store is fun. When we visited, they had a bubble machine, lively music, a bounce house, hot wheels track and more! My kids were having the best time playing and exploring Choo Choo Bob’s. The store is also home to the Choo Choo Bob Train Show, so it’s fun to see the backdrops and props used on the show.
Choo Choo Bob’s Train Store has lots of special events, as well as story times and live music throughout the week. They keep their website event calendar updated regularly, but the current schedule is Monday and Friday story times with Engineer Paul at 10:30am and live music on Saturdays at 11am with Rob Stokes.
Admission to Choo Choo Bob’s Train Store is free for kids under 1 year, $10 for kids 1- 10 years old, $2 for adults and twins are BOGO!
