Everyone is invited to a free Breakfast on the Plaza at Target Field to celebrate Twins Opening Day this Friday!
Friday, April 3, is the home opener for the 2026 baseball season for the Minnesota Twins. They’ll be taking on the Tampa Bay Rays at 3:10 PM.
But, the festivities happen all day long with an early morning start with the now traditional Breakfast on the Plaza!
All Twins fans, whether going to the game or not, are invited to drive, walk or bike down 7th Street in Downtown Minneapolis between to grab a free ballpark-inspired breakfast between 6:00 and 9:00 am.
There will be complimentary food and beverages thanks to Twins partners Delaware North, Caribou Coffee, Egg on a Roll, Frito-Lay, GIANT Snacks, J&J Snack Foods, Kwik Trip, McDonalds, Pan-O-Gold Baking Company, Pepsi and Sheboygan Sausage Company.
On the food and beverage list are breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, brats, chips and snacks (including a special ice cream treat for dogs) along with coffee and pop to wash it down.
For some more fun, DJ Angel will be spinning live on Target Plaza and you can also hear a live broadcast of The Morning News with Vineeta Sawkar on 830 WCCO.
