It’s time to purchase your ticket for the yearly Holiday House tour in Winona. It’s a chance to step inside some beautifully decorated homes while celebrating the holiday season.
The annual Holiday House Tour In Winona takes place on December 4th from 3-8pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance from the Winona Historical Society.
This year two historic schools that have been re-purposed into apartment buildings will be featured on the tour. The homes on the tour highlight both historic and more recent architecture along with the current owners’ unique decorating styles.
You’ll also find some festive treats and live music along the way!
This is a fun way to get a sneak peak at some of the homes that you otherwise would not be able to enter. It’s also important to note that although there is an admission cost for this event, the money raised goes towards the Winona County Historical Society.
The self-guided tour includes six homes and a church. Tickets include a map, location histories, and a bag for your shoes. The tour can be done in any order and tickets are available now and the day of the tour at the History Center.
Do you have a favorite holiday tour or event that you enjoy as part of an annual tradition? Perhaps just driving around and looking at holiday lights is part of your tradition? For our family, we always try to find the homes that have the radio station playing music.
