Do you want to check out the Minnesota Zoo’s new Treetop Trail without actually going to the zoo? You’re in luck with exclusive walking hours June through October!
The Minnesota Zoo’s latest attraction is the Treetop Trail, a 1.25 mile walking path 32 feet above ground. It truly does provide a new and exciting way to see the zoo. Plus it’s not everyday you get to literally walk amongst the top of the trees!
The Treetop Trail is fully ADS complaint, strollers, wheelchairs and other accessible devices are welcomed on the trail. There are 4 exits with elevators or ramps as well as benches placed throughout the trail for rest and/or reflection.
Have you wanted to check out the trail without actually going to the zoo? Now you can early Tuesday and Sunday mornings June through October. During the Minnesota Zoo exclusive Treetop Trail Walking Hours, participants can access the entire Treetop Trail following a one-way flow. The rest of the zoo will be closed except for restroom and bottle-filling stations in Discovery Bay and Hanifl Nature Center.

Every Tuesday and Sunday, beginning June 4, 7–8:30 am from June – September and 7:30–8:30 am in October. All ages welcome!
Season Pass (access to all dates):
Members: $20/person
Non-members: $35/person
Single-Day Walking Pass:
Member & Non-member: $5/person
