At Minnetonka Fire Family Fun Day kids can check out fire trucks, meet firefighters and enjoy some chili and cider!
Our kids love to go to Firehouse events. It’s a chance to get up close with the trucks and all the equipment.The best part though, is meeting any and all of the firefighters. They love to meet the people who are wearing the gear and driving the big red trucks.
Saturday, January 24th, 2026 is Minnetonka Fire Family Fun Day. It’s an opportunity to meet Minnetonka firefighters, check out their fire trucks and even climb aboard!
To top it all off, they’ll be serving delicious firehouse chili and hot cider.
Most of the Fire Department open houses and events we’ve attended have been in the spring or summer, so this was fun to discover one in the winter.
