Head to the William A. Irvin Thursday nights now through August for the free concert series Music on the Ship!
Looking for something thrifty and fun to do in Duluth? Brand new this year, the William A. Irvin is hosting free Thursday night concerts atop on the boat called Music on the Ship! They will feature a selection of N/A beverages and a food truck. Don’t forget to BYO (bring your own) bagged chair to sit on!
Music on the Ship takes place Thursday nights from 7- 8:30pm. Make sure to get there on time though- since there’s a limit to 140 audience members on the boat. Music on the Ship features a wide variety of local musicians so there’s something for everyone! Check out the full schedule below.

- 7/25 Charity & Nate (alternative folk-pop-jazz sound with rock and bluegrass) and Eldri Snow and the Wintry Mix (folk singer alongside guitar and drums)
- 8/1 The Hot Club of Duluth (music of the Golden Age of Jazz)
- 8/8 Derecho (danceable funk sets of original material and cover songs)
- 8/15 Teague Alexy & The Common Thread (Original poetic roots rock)
- 8/22 Nvr Tgthr and Sadkin (indie rock/alternative)
- 8/29 Boss Mama & Sonja Martin Band (country and americana)
