Ever wondered what goes on behind the curtain at the Phipps Center for the Arts? On Saturday, March 29th, the public is invited to Phipps Community Day to find out!
I know the blog is called Thrifty Minnesota, but sometimes we like to cross the boarder into Wisconsin and Hudson is one of our favorite places! They have wonderful events– like the Hot Air Affair— and the Phipps Center for the Arts has amazing community programming and top notch live shows!
The community is invited to step behind the curtain during Phipps Community Day. On Saturday, March 28th from 12-3pm, there will be lots of fun for the whole family. And best of all– it’s completely FREE!
Phipps Community Day will feature:
- Hands on activities for all ages
- Engaging demonstrations from Phipps artists and staff
- Building tours, including exclusive backstage access
- Live entertainment around every corner
- An exclusive first look at the 2026/2027 season — with season passes available for purchase
