One of the biggest community celebrations in the north metro is back! The Blaine Festival returns June 26-28, 2026, bringing three days of family-friendly entertainment, carnival rides, live music, food vendors, and community activities to Aquatore Park with FREE admission and parking!
If you’re looking for a fun day with the kids, a night of live music, or a classic Minnesota summer festival experience, the Blaine Festival has something for everyone. It’s a jam-packed festival full of fun and enjoyment!
This year, the annual parade is one of the festival’s most popular events. Floats, community groups, performers, and local organizations make their way through Blaine beginning at noon on Saturday. Families often arrive early to secure a good viewing spot along the route.
Festival-goers can also enjoy a full carnival featuring rides and games for all ages. The Bandshell will also host live music throughout the weekend with no cover charge. Several local and regional bands will perform, making it easy to spend an evening enjoying music with family and friends.
Meanwhile, children can enjoy a variety of activities, including dance parties, games, science demonstrations, magic shows, and family entertainment. The Kids Corner is one of the most popular areas of the festival.

The 2026 Blaine Festival takes place:
- Friday, June 26: 5:00 PM – Midnight
- Saturday, June 27: 10:00 AM – Midnight
- Sunday, June 28: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The festival is held at Aquatore Park, located at 9191 Lincoln Street NE in Blaine.
Free parking is available, and the festival also offers complimentary off-site parking and shuttle service from Westwood Middle School during peak festival hours. Shuttles run approximately every 15 minutes on Friday and Saturday.
