Do you have a favorite holiday light event? We share a few of ours here on this site but also like to find new places. Although we’ve never been to the Winter Lighting Ceremony in Burnsville, their downtown area is beautiful and we’ve enjoyed several other events there. The ceremony takes place November 27th from 6-7pm and is free.
We enjoy going to different towns after they are all decorated for the holidays. Some have great main streets to walk while others are more of a drive through type. What’s your favorite town to see holiday lights? Or do you have a great yearly tradition that we can share with our readers?
Additional information about the lighting event in Burnsville:
Celebrate the kick-off of the holiday season in Burnsville’s Heart of the City, which will once again shine bright with more than 200,000 mini lights, 230 streetlight snowflakes and a 30-foot-tall tree.
The Winter Lighting Ceremony is FREE to attend!
