The Midsummer Festival & Tractor Show in New Prague is the place to be if you enjoy old tractors. It’s the place to be for ALL kinds of fun!
Even if you didn’t grow up on farm, tractors are still a huge part of our history and lives. July 19, 20, and 21st is the Credit River Antique Tractor Club Show, taking place at Cedar Lake Regional Park near New Prague.
It’s a free admission and also free parking event. Some of the activities taking place each day include:
- Tractor parade each day at 2pm
- Crafts
- Flea market
- Bounce house
- Food vendors, yard games, face painting, inflatable bouncers
- Inflatable obstacle course
- Inflatable axe throwing
- Archery
- Boat rides with Let’s Go Fishing
- Antique Farm Equipment Display
- Paddling
This event has been put on by Tractor Club for more than 25 years. It’s always fun to talk to the members of the club, stop and ask a question they would love to share their love of tractors.

Kristi is married with twin daughters. She grew up on a small dairy farm, but now lives in the south metro area. She enjoys finding free or thrifty things to do whether they are outings close to home or last minute adventures to far-away places.
Kristi can also be found enjoying estate sales, attempting to garden, volunteering in the wetlands or a favorite thrift store, or maybe just enjoying a good play in one of the many theatre venues in the area.
