Kids can get an introduction to fishing at Fleet Farm Kid’s Fishing Day!
Saturday is Kid’s Fishing Day at Fleet Farm where kids can be introduced to fishing with free fun, games, and more. Stop by any Fleet Farm location on Saturday, July 11th from 9 am – 12 pm.
I know this event isn’t specific to Minnesota, but with fishing being such a popular activity here and with so many Fleet Farm locations in the state, I thought it was worth a heads up.
Spend a day picking up some pointers about the sport of fishing.
Many activities are planned. Kids will learn about knot tying, fishing safety, fish identification and more. There will be a casting area to learn how to cast with rod and reel combos, how to properly fit a life vest, and more.
Each child will also get a FREE tackle box while supplies last!
In addition to the in-store activities, print off this coloring page. Spend time at home coloring the Fleet Farm fish, talking about the upcoming event activities.
