You can visit the Minnesota History Center in St. Paul for free every Thursday night!
Have you been to the Minnesota History Museum? It’s a fun place to visit for all ages as it explores the history of Minnesota through insightful and interactive exhibits. Now is the perfect time to visit during Free Thursday nights!
From 4pm to 8pm every Thursday night you can enjoy both free admission and free parking.
There’s so much to see and do including: Reframing Our Stories, a photography exhibit that highlights resilience and strength of Minnesota’s Native communities through stories reframed by their own words, experiences, and perspectives.
In the Weather Permitting exhibit you can explore Minnesota weather as it takes you through all the seasons and their extremes, including the experience of riding out the 1965 Fridley tornado in a basement.
Then Now Wow is an action-packed exhibit where kids of all ages can trade at the fur post, singin a box car and more. Grainland is an interactive play structure for kids that lets them climb and slide through a model grain elevator as they learn about the journey of crops from farm field to town and so much more!
The Minnesota History Center is located at 345 W. Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55102. The parking lot at the Minnesota History Center is available to building visitors, members, and the general public when spaces are available. Enter from Kellogg Boulevard. Free parking will be available between 4 to 8 pm on Thursdays.
