If you prefer traditional group classes, the regular schedule is packed with options hosted across various scenic Saint Paul neighborhood parks. Class styles include:
- Yoga & Pilates: Focus on stretching, breathing, and core strength.
- Zumba & Dance: High-energy, cardio-burning dance parties.
- Cardio & Boot Camps: High-intensity training using body weight.
- Family & Kids Classes: Specially formatted routines for parents and children to move together.
☔ Pro-Tips & Weather Cancellations
Before you grab your sneakers and head out the door, keep these quick rules of thumb in mind:
The 30-Minute Rain Rule: If it is actively raining at the park location within 30 minutes of the class start time, or if the grass/surface is deemed too wet and unsafe, the class will be canceled.
Always check the official Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Facebook page or their live Google Calendar before heading out to verify if a class has been called off due to weather.
What to Bring:
- A water bottle to stay hydrated.
