Get fit outdoors this summer with Saint Paul’s FREE Fitness in the Parks class series.
Once again, St. Paul Parks and Recreation is offering free Fitness in the Parks classes this summer! There is no registration required and classes are open to all fitness levels. All ages are welcome and no experience is necessary.
There is an extensive variety of classes available with everything from yoga to Zumba to cardio and more. There are even some classes specifically for kids and parents to participate together.
Classes run through September 26 at several different parks in St. Paul. You can check out the current schedule here and access the Google Calendar for dates and times.
