If you or someone you know is in need of food during the winter months, know that the YMCA and other locations are providing free, nourishing food to families in the community in partnership with Every Meal.
Families may pick up food at a number of locations across the metro area and choose a free food bag. These shelf-stable meal bags include 4-5 pounds of food including a variety of fruits, vegetable, proteins, grains, and entrees.
There are NO qualification requirements and no contact information is collected.
